Key Responsibilities

• Receive inspect and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
• Issue materials and supplies as per department requirements.
• Ensure all stored items are properly labeled organized and stored safely.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
• Monitor stock usage to avoid overstocking or shortages.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to the supervisor or management.
• Ensure the store area is clean secure and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with the procurement and accounts team for stock updates.
