Job Summary

The Timekeeper is responsible for managing accurate time entry, reconciliation, and verification processes across multiple systems while supporting job site administrative and accounting functions. This role ensures timely and precise payroll and invoicing activities, supports accounts payable processes, and serves as a key point of coordination between field personnel and management to address timekeeping discrepancies, maintain compliance with procedures, and support overall site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process time entry, reconciliation, and prior-day verification, including daily, weekly, and monthly input of new hires into systems such as J&E, STS, Kronos, ProField, and other client-specific software.
