**Job Title: TIG Welder**

**Job Description**

Join a tight-knit, collaborative weld team in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility, performing precision TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum for high-quality, engineered thermal and power conversion equipment. This hands-on production role focuses on delivering strong, consistent weld penetration and clean appearance while working from blueprints and work orders on a variety of parts and positions during a first-shift schedule (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.).

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
+ Ensure strong weld penetration and a clean, visually appealing weld appearance on all assigned work.
