**Job Title: TIG Welder**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on high-precision TIG welding for aerospace and defense applications, producing aerospace-quality welds on heat pipes and cooling devices used in satellites and other advanced systems. You will set up and operate manual TIG welding equipment, work with a variety of alloys, and consistently meet production goals while maintaining strict quality and documentation standards on an afternoon/evening shift.

**Essential Skills**

+ High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), technical school diploma, or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
+ Approximately 5+ years of related TIG welding experience and/or training preferred, ideally in a production environment.
+ Demonstrated skill as a TIG welder with a strong interest in high-level, quality-focused welding for aerospace and defense applications.
