**Job Title: TIG Welder**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on precision sheet metal TIG welding, requiring the ability to read and interpret prints and weld symbols to build accurate assemblies within tight tolerances. You will work closely with production control, quality, and other shop personnel to complete assignments and resolve welding or quality issues while consistently following welding safety practices and OSHA requirements.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform TIG welding on precision sheet metal components and assemblies to meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols to accurately plan and execute welds.
