Job Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Director for the market by overseeing the HR function and partnering with the business to deliver proactive, commercially focused, and high‑quality HR support.
• Manage recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance and talent management, and training needs identification.
• Develop and deliver core HR Service excellence, including payroll, HR reporting & analysis, and employee benefits administration, in an effective and efficient manner.
• Support the Retail Director on long‑range planning and budgeting processes for an organization design that aligns with the business strategy.
