IT Veterans is seeking a Tier 3 Unified Communications/Audio Visual Engineer to provide expert-level engineering, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support for enterprise Unified Communications (UC) and Audio Visual Multi-Media (AVMM) systems. The Tier 3 Engineer will serve as a senior technical resource, resolving escalated issues, designing advanced solutions, and ensuring optimal performance across telephony, video teleconferencing, chat, IPTV, digital signage, mass notification, Land Mobile Radio (LMR), and secure AVMM environments.
