**Job Description**

**DUTIES:** Conduct discrete events simulations of vehicle production systems including process equipment and material delivery equipment throughout various phases of new vehicle programs to assess and improve throughput. Use CDraw2 and Plant Simulation software to model both dimensional and non-dimensional scenarios that accurately reflect real-world production processes and equipment. Ensure consistency, reliability, and accuracy in simulation results. Interpret the data to propose solutions aimed at improving machine efficiency, automation equipment functionality, and overall operational performance in a cost-effective manner. Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Material Integration, Conveyor Engineers, Plant Floor Systems, Layout Integrators, and technical Subject Matter Experts to appropriately scope and define simulation requirements.
