We’re seeking a passionate and experienced retail leader to join Macpac Queenstown as a part-time 3IC (Third in Charge). In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and leading a motivated team. Ideally, you’ll bring at least two years of retail experience and proven ability to manage and inspire teams, though we’re also open to candidates with leadership experience in hospitality. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a genuine passion for outdoor gear and sustainability will set you apart.
