Shift: Therapists can choose five 8 hour days or four 10 hour days. We block 14 evals per week in each therapists schedule, the rest are treats. There will be chart review time twice a day for 30 min for 8 hour days, and 3 times per day for 30 min for 10 hour days.

Special Requirements: We are a free standing out patient facility. We see patients one on one. We schedule 60 min for evals. Most treats are 30 minutes, but some are 45 or 60 depending on the circumstances. We see about 70% ortho patients, 30 % neuro.
