- Experience: 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience in Home Health with OASIS (SOC)
- Certification: Active Oklahoma PT License, BLS (AHA)
- Equipment: iPad (provided)
- Charting System: HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
- Travel experience required: Yes (no first-time travelers)
- Patient Age Group: Geriatrics
- On-call requirement: On-call rotation may be required
