Therapy Assistant - Orthopaedics

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic band 3 therapy assistant to join the Trauma & Orthopaedics Physiotherapy Team at UCLH.

The Trauma & Orthopaedics service operates across multiple sites within UCLH, led by a team of over 20 consultants specialising in elective and trauma care.

Main duties of the job

• Assist patients with functional activities of daily living (e.g. personal care)
• Work directly with therapists to deliver rehabilitation, including use of patient‑handling equipment
• Assist in providing group or individual sessions as required
• Provide non‑complex interventions for complex patients
