+ Salary: $25/ hour
+ Schedule: Flexible up to 18 hours per week. Weeknights and Weekends included
+ Location: Mostly remote as visits will take place in the community. Main office located at 3555 Vets Hwy, Suite B in Ronkonkoma NY
