Opened in 2014, Andaz Tokyo is Japan’s first luxury lifestyle hotel, located on the upper floors of the iconic Toranomon Hills—just moments from Ginza and Roppongi. Embracing a style unconstrained by traditional hotel norms, we welcome each guest with warm, creative, and personalized service.

We are currently recruiting Part-Time Culinary Staff (Breakfast Specialist) for The Tavern – Grill & Lounge, our signature dining venue situated on the 51st floor. The successful candidate will primarily join our breakfast shift and support a variety of culinary operations.

Main Responsibilities:
Food preparation and cooking for The Tavern – Grill & Lounge
Responsibilities include breakfast service, in-room dining preparation, and food production for the Rooftop Bar located on the 52nd floor.
