Hybrid - Quezon City 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time

Position: Thai Accounts Payable and Expense Lead

Industry: Shared Service

Salary: Php 110,000 Monthly - Php 130,000 Monthly

Location: Quezon City

Work setup: Hybrid set-up (2 days WFH, 3 days work onsite)

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the Accounts Payable and Travel Expense team.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulations.
• Provide translation support for accounting-related documents from Thai to English or vice versa.
• Review and approve invoices, payments, and expense reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage month‑end/year‑end closing, audits, and handle escalations.
• Drive process improvements and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Train and mentor team members while collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
