**Description:**
You will be the THAAD Production Operations Acceleration Project Team Member for the Munitions Acceleration Project Team. Our team drives production throughput and equipment integration across nine Lockheed Martin sites.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the THAAD Production Operations Acceleration Project Team Member you will be responsible for leading equipment roll‑outs and delivering data‑driven efficiency improvements.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Own the end‑to‑end rollout of equipment from procurement through installation, verification, and ramp‑up.
+ Develop and manage detailed project schedules and risk registers, ensuring milestones are met on time and within cost.
+ Analyze line performance, identify bottlenecks, and create data‑driven improvement plans.
