Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Technical Designer to support the end-to-end product development lifecycle for Bedding and Beach products. This role will act as a critical bridge between Design, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely execution of all technical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain spec sheets and tech packs with complete details on construction, measurements, materials, and finishing.
Ensure high accuracy in technical documentation to minimize errors, revisions, and development delays.
Develop, update, and audit Bills of Materials (BOMs) in PLM systems within defined timelines.
Act as a quality checkpoint for all design deliverables, reviewing specs, layouts, and construction details for accuracy.
Collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure alignment from concept through production.
