Job Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Tester Team Leader. The hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm
The hourly rate for this position is 30 per hour.
This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:**
To provide coordination / flow expertise, support, and direction in all areas of Quality Test to increase profitability and align performance with production goals, quality standards, and customer service objectives. The overall goal of timely order fulfillment and adherence to Eaton’s quality standards.
