We are seeking a detail-oriented Tester with strong electronics troubleshooting experience to support testing, validation, and manufacturing operations. This role works cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Production to ensure high-performance standards across power systems and electronic assemblies.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Test and troubleshoot Static Switches, UPS systems, RPPs, and PDUs
+ Diagnose issues across low and high power systems, including 600V–208V 3-phase applications
+ Perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and electronics testing
+ Set up, operate, and maintain electronic test equipment (power meters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
+ Support PCBA programming and validation activities
+ Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, ECNs, and technical documentation
+ Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Process teams to resolve defects
+ Partner with Production to address manufacturing and performance issues
