1. Daily test production sustaining activities. Resolve daily production test setup and yield issue.

2. Monitor and conduct test yield and quality analysis and initiate improvement activities.

3. Qualify new test equipment and establish standard operating procedure.

4. Work with customers on new product qualification, product transfer and special engineering build.

5. Liaise with customer on product or test program-related issue.

6. Qualify new test program or new revision test program for production release.

7. Test hardware troubleshooting and repair.

8. Test/Validate product is good for new device/new test program prior to mass production.

9. Ensure user friendliness of technical manuals

10. Continuous product enhancement and constantly improve the process according to product requirement

11. Develop and monitor yield, quality, productivity improvement activities and cost reduction programs.
