Job Description

• Test Manager with 12+ years of software testing experience, specifically in Payments domain and systems within the banking sector.
• Exp in handling testing programs for large projects
• Strong expertise in SWIFT messaging, PCI DSS, Bottomline, BACS, CHAPS, FPS, CHIPS and the UK payment protocols.
• Experience in MT to MX conversion (ISO 20022) Testing. Test planning, Test Strategy preparation, Defect management, Stakeholder management and Functional, NFR test co-ordination.
• Proven leadership experience in managing testing teams focused on Functional, Integration, and NFR Testing. Good communication skills and good stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium), API Testing tool (Postman/Rest Assured). Understanding of banking applications and financial regulations.
