We are seeking a Test Manager to join our Auckland team, leading testing management across our core Enterprise Applications, including Oracle Fusion, Workday, and integrated platforms. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality, stable releases by managing end-to-end testing across all phases – SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security, and integration – ensuring alignment to timelines, scope, and business requirements. You will define and embed enterprise test strategies, frameworks, and standards, applying risk-based approaches to optimise coverage across release cycles. This includes coordinating cross-platform testing, managing defect lifecycles, and providing clear reporting on quality, risks, and release readiness.
