Test Lab Senior Manager

Dublin

What will you do

This position is responsible for managing test lab operations at the new EU Center of Excellence (CoE) in Dublin. The operation will consist of multiple test stands serving cooling and heating needs for Data Center, Mission Critical, and Decarbonization markets. When commissioned, the Test Labs will employ up to 20 operators, technicians, and test engineers.

How you will do it

  • Source and develop workforce for new lab, ensuring technicians and engineers hold all required EU certifications (e.g., F-gas, electrical safety).
  • Oversee and lead project to specify, design, construct, and commission the new lab.
  • Lead & manage CoE test lab operations.
  • Manage daily test lab operation balancing customer needs with resource availability.
