**Responsibilities**:
Define and execute test plans for new features, regressions, and releases.
Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing across web and mobile apps.
Track, reproduce, and clearly document defects; drive issues to resolution with the team.
**Support non-functional testing**: performance, reliability, and basic security validation.
Participate in reviews (requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria) to improve testability.
Contribute to test documentation (test cases, checklists, release readiness notes).
