Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cyara Cyara Test Automation Lead with expertise in Cyara Pulse and Velocity to design implement and manage automated performance and regression testing for the NICE CCaaS platform The ideal candidate will lead NICE automation performance and regression strategy and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions



Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of Cyara Velocity and Pulse automation framework for NICE CCaaS platform

Collaborate with developers architects QA and business teams to identify Business Scenarios for performance and regression testing

Develop test and maintain performance and regression test scripts

Prepare test plans execution reports and defect analysis for the program

Integrate Cyara automation into CIC...
