Develop and maintain teslam annual business plan in line with Enterprise objectives, ensure linking teslam strategy of the overall organizational goals, objectives and actions to achieve vision. Ensure teslam strategic and operating projects alignment with Corporate and department strategy, vision and mission. Establish performance reporting & analytics framework which supports to teslam Operations and Commercial sections to deliver outstanding customer‑centric services to Enterprise employees.
