Overview

Our Tesco Colleague pay starts from £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am, you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

Policies include a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week for new colleagues, with opportunities to work fewer hours (down to 12) if desired.

The role offers flexibility around available times. We will schedule contracted hours within the stated availability windows and provide 3 weeks' notice of shifts. If your availability is close to but not exactly the advertised times, we would still love to hear from you.
