Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we also have opportunities.

Availability windows:

• Sun 09:00‑18:00


• Fri 14:00‑20:00


• Sat 11:00‑20:00

We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have three weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We support flexibility for our colleagues.
