Job Description
Waste Masters is hiring a driven, results-oriented **Territory Sales Manager** to build and grow a book of business within an assigned territory. This is a field-based role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and closing new business in a competitive, essential service industry.
**What Youβll Do:**
β’ Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person visits
β’ Build and manage a consistent, active sales pipeline
β’ Conduct site evaluations and present tailored waste and recycling solutions
β’ Negotiate and close service agreements
β’ Partner with operations and customer service to ensure seamless customer experience
