The Role at High Level
We’re looking for a talented Territory Account Executive who doesn’t shy away from tackling hard problems and interesting (well, most times) subjects like payroll and HR technology. You’ll be a senior, field-based seller responsible for growing our partner channel across an assigned Canadian territory — owning the full partner sales cycle from sourcing and qualifying through to closing and activating accounting and bookkeeping firms, with a clear mandate to drive net-new partner agreements and accelerate sub-client growth in the first 12 months. You will report directly to our Director, Partner Growth.
This is a true field sales role. You’ll be on the road in‑territory at least three days per week — meeting partners face‑to‑face, attending regional accounting and bookkeeping events, and building the local Wagepoint brand. The remaining two days are for pipeline work, virtual meetings, partner enablement, and CRM hygiene.
