The **TEOA Business System Leader (m/f/d)** will drive cross-functional, strategic improvement initiatives with the goal to streamline the BCS sub-vertical business and deploying the TEOA Business System for all BCS sites and functions. This role will be positioned as a strong role reporting directly to the General Manager of BCS and includes direct interactions with TEOA IND BU and ACL sector with key stakeholders at Corporate TEOA to drive standardization and best‑practice sharing.
