The Youth Services State Director serves as the senior executive leader for Tennessee, with full responsibility for statewide strategy, growth, revenue performance, and operational excellence. This role functions as the executive owner of the state, leading expansion of Foster Care and future service lines while ensuring long‑term sustainability and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for all Tennessee operations with accountability for growth, revenue, margins, and outcomes.
• Set and execute statewide strategy, including Foster Care expansion and development of new programs.
• Own financial performance, including budgets, revenue targets, payer strategy, and sustainability planning.
