Tendering and Commercial Officer

This role reports to the Commercial Director and handles and coordinates the company's commercial aspects. Must have experience in the marine offshore field. Chartering Marine qualification is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Commercial Director in tendering and proposal procedures, including reviewing, drafting, editing, compiling & submitting the final bid. If required, assist and address client clarifications on the bid.
• Handle prequalification procedure/vendor qualifications and monitor clients’ websites & supplier portals for tender announcements.
• Assist in drafting quotations and maintain a database of inquiries received & quotations sent.
• Assist the Commercial Department in daily administrative tasks: writing professionally structured emails & letters, maintaining & updating files in Dropbox, organizing hardcopy files into relevant folders, arranging meetings, ...
