to handle
pre-contract activities and tendering
for
LTA and building projects . This is an excellent opportunity to work on
high-profile construction projects
and gain exposure to the
full tendering lifecycle .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source and monitor
projects on tender platforms
such as Sesami and GeBIZ Develop
proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and tenders
and ensure timely submission Conduct
quantity measurements and cost estimations
within deadlines Prepare and evaluate
tender quotations
and
recommend subcontractor/supplier awards Assist in
cost budgeting , track design/construction changes, and update projections Review and prepare
contracts and agreements
for subcontractors and suppliers Certify and evaluate
