To drive successful implementation of newly awarded customer projects, ensuring smooth transition from business acquisition to operational execution. To support Sales and Commercial teams in achieving business growth targets through strategic tender management, customer onboarding excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. To enhance the company’s tender win rate and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement, market intelligence, and process standardization. To act as a central coordinator between Sales, Operations, and Support Functions, ensuring alignment of commercial commitments with operational capability and profitability objectives.
