Job Description
The Tender Administration Intern will support the tender administration team in the preparation, coordination, and submission of tender documents. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain handsโon experience in the tendering process, project management, and administrative functions within a dynamic and fastโpaced environment
Duties
- Perform an initial review of the Invitation to Tender documents to establish scope of work, the tender schedule and the composition of the tender team.
- Alert Managing Director to potential problems in tender development/production.
- Establish the requirements and deliverables of the tender team members with due regard to the scope of work and the tender schedule
- Participate in all tender stage meetings
- Ensure that all relevant data and information compiled during the tender development is considered and made available to all tender team members
