Requirements Grade 12 Sales/Marketing qualification (advantageous) Minimum 3 years in a sales-related role Proficient in MS Office Fluent in English (written and verbal Fluent in Afrikaans (advantageous) Duties Lead retention campaigns and upsell efforts. Professionally manage cancellation requests. Build lasting client relationships to enhance loyalty. Promote additional services and products to existing clients.
