DATA COLLECTION & REPORTING SUPPORT SCAR BACKLOG INTEGRATION (Temporary Position European Public Organisation)

Adecco is recruiting, on behalf of an important European public organisation, a Data Collection & Reporting Support professional to join a project related to the digitalisation and integration of the SCAR backlog within the Supply Chain Acceptance Register. This is a temporary position with an initial duration of at least 6 months, with possibility of extension.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect data from all SCAR documents related to ongoing contracts without an assigned QA officer.
• Collect data from SCAR / SAF / subcontractors schedule documents from closed contracts.
• Transfer the collected data into the new SCAR database with the support of IT.
• Monitor and address data quality issues in coordination with the Quality Assurance Unit, Contracts Unit and Market Intelligence Group.
