Daikin Comfort Technologies Manufacturing, L.P., is seeking a skilled individual for our Leave Management Coordinator position with our Human Resources organization at our Daikin Texas Technology Park location in Waller, Texas. This is a temporary position up to six months.
The Leave Management Coordinator assists with administer the provisions granted to employees under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). As well assisting in the administration of other Leave of Absence Programs including Daikin Personal Leave of Absence (PLOA) and Daikin Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA).
Position Responsibilities may include:

• Responsible for managing employee leaves from beginning regarding their responsibilities and expectations.
• Acts as a liaison between location management, the HR Team, TPA, and the employee.
