 Basic Services:

 The contractor shall provide services for Temporary General Clerk Services.

 

Duties:

• 
  Receives incoming telephone calls and visitors, determines the nature of business, and tactfully refers calls to the appropriate staff member.

  Assist with receipt and distribution of incoming mail for the agency. Create, tab, and tab paper files, indexes, and other documents as needed.
