Under the direction of the Sr. HR Director of Employee Relations, the Temporary Employee Relations Specialist (Investigations) ensures the fair and respectful treatment of employees, consistent with YGSβ commitment to equity and values. The ER Specialist will work on assigned HR investigations relating to allegations of serious misconduct.
