Job Description

Temporary Administrator ⭐


Location: Castleford- Short walk from the train station


Contract: 6 months - ASAP start


Hours: 37 per week, Monday-Friday (flexible start/finish times)


Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour



About the Role


We're working with one of our Housing Associations who are looking for a Temporary Senior Administrator to join their team. You'll play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service and supporting housing processes from application through to tenancy sign-up.



What You'll Do



  • Be the first point of contact for housing enquiries, resolving issues quickly.

  • Provide admin support to the team and assist customers in line with company policies.

  • Manage applications, waiting lists, and tenancy paperwork.

  • Help customers with bidding and maintain online platforms.
