Job Description
- Coordinate unit handover / key collection appointments with the Purchaser(s) or their authorized representative(s).
- Disseminate the finalized daily appointments schedule to all relevant parties (i.e. Project Dept, Main Contractor, Property Services, Managing Agent and Concierge).
- Perform general administration duties.
- Manage season parking application, billing, termination and programming.
- Maintain season parking master listing and prepare monthly reports for hourly parking and season parking.
- Handle all enquiries on carpark matters.
- Perform reception duty for Management Office and assist with concierge duties (visitor management) where required.
- Responsible for maintenance of Management Office logistics – photo copier, water dispensers, stationeries, refreshments, dry cleaning of uniform.
