Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Temporary Accommodation Officer for a Local Authority Client in Southwest London.

In this role, you will manage temporary accommodation placements and support households to move on quickly into settled housing.

Duties:

• Manage and allocate a range of temporary accommodation placements efficiently.
• Work with households to assess needs and support timely move-on from temporary accommodation.
• Liaise with and monitor accommodation providers to ensure standards and compliance.
• Respond to complaints, emergencies, and tenancy or anti-social behaviour issues promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:
