Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Temporary Accommodation Move on Officer for a Local Authority Client in Southwest London.

In this role you will support households in temporary accommodation to move into settled housing by assessing needs, matching them to suitable properties, and helping overcome barriers to move-on.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of households moving from temporary accommodation into settled housing.
• Assess housing needs and match households to suitable accommodation options.
• Support residents to overcome barriers and prepare for successful move-on.
• Liaise with internal teams and partners to progress cases and complete statutory processes.
