Description
We are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to support a busy defense practice in Tempe, Arizona. This position plays a key role in managing case materials, coordinating litigation deadlines, and helping attorneys prepare matters for depositions, hearings, and trial. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and prior experience supporting defense litigation matters in a fast-paced legal environment. This is a mainly in-office position.


Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain litigation files, pleadings, discovery materials, and other case-related documents throughout the life of each matter.

• Coordinate deposition preparation by gathering exhibits, summarizing records, tracking schedules, and assisting attorneys with pre-deposition logistics.

• Draft, format, and file motions, correspondence, subpoenas, and other legal documents in accordance with court rules and deadlines.
