Title: Temp - Technologist - Cytotechnology (Days) Dallas, TX
Description: Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility will have a local rate of $73
RESPONSIBLITIES

RESPONSIBLITIES
- Screens pap smears
and non-gynecological slides and reports results
according to established protocol. - Reviews patient history
in association with screening cytology
slides. - Documents workload and submits weekly reports for review. Reviews discrepant cases
with Pathologist to improve quality patient care. - Maintains a False Negative
Proportion (FNP) of 1-2% of the lab average
but does not exceed a 5% overall FNP. - Maintains an 80-100% Diagnostic Correlation with the Pathologist.
- Maintains gyn statistical analysis rates of 5% as compared
to the laboratory's overall rates. - Maintains individual
workload limit as set forth by the supervisor/director, derived from the employee's 6 month perform...
