Seeking a detail-oriented individual to support administrative functions related to healthcare practitioners' licensing and professional development.

• Assist with applications for Certificate of Competency for dental practitioners
• Handle emails and telephone enquiries on Practising Certificate (PC) applications and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) claims
• Process PC applications, CPE claims, and event/provider accreditations
• Generate reports on PC renewal status and related monitoring
• Support ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by supervisor

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
