Temp Finance / Accounts Admin Support - Raffles Place

Duration: 3-6 months contract or longer

Location: One Marina Boulevard (Nearest MRT: Raffles Place)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm

Salary (Based on Qualifications)

.Min Under Diploma / O & A Levels - $10/hr

. Min Diploma - $11/hr

. Min Undergraduate - $12/hr

. Min Degree Holder - $15/hr

About the Role

This temp staff will support the Shared Services Unit (SSU) team and must be comfortable working in a shared services environment supporting multiple smaller union entities.

Job Responsibilities

. Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) processing

. Perform data entry for receipts and payments into accounting systems

. Process invoices according to SOP and follow up when required
