• Provide frontline verification service to foreign workers at departments counter.
• Handle daily backend duties like extracting workers data from FormSG, exporting workers data to e-certificate template, sending of e-certificate to workers via email.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.

• Assist in replying to the customers queries via Customer Feedback Management System (CFMS) on Construction Workforce Registration System (CWRS) related matters

Requirement:

• Able to start work immediately and commit min 6 months.
• Minimum GCE O Level and above with no work experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
• Organized, meticulous with good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Work independently as well as a team in a fast-paced environment
